of GSMs in thier course of work as a heretical place to share, exchange and contribute
ideas thereby improving the level of their professional effectiveness and the image of the organization.
GSM Association of Malaysia, is the Voice of GEL GSMs.
A GSM's Executive image is his or her total persona. In tradition business such as insurance in the marketplace
creates an image and provides extra competitive edge. Among our primary objectives are, developing better team
spirit and improve inter-group relationships through more effective communication with peers, subordinates and
superiors, reduce organizational problems through more accurate and clearer communication between GSM's and the
