Over the years our Association, has through thick and thin, developed to be the pillar
of strength for all our members. Membership which has been steadily is now near the 700 mark.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all new members especially those newly
promoted GSMs. Welcome on board! However, my heart was also filled with sadness in memory of
the untimely demise of some of our members. Life is really fragile. Let us all live to the fullest.
The main objective of the Association remains to act as an effective bridge of communication
between management and Group Sales Manager for the benefit for all concerned. The confederation
had addressed and resolved many outstanding contractual issues through numerous negotiations
with the management. We still need your full support and understanding in order for us to
serve and function better.
As we are aware of, the working environments and the landscape of the insurance industry have been
changing so rapidly and drastically that most of us find it difficult to keep up. It is more
important now than ever all GSMs must continue to remain united under the Association to face
and tackle any new challenges.
